World of Warcraft PTR won't start?

Default World of Warcraft PTR won't start?
When I try to play the PTR for what i am pretty sure is patch 4.0.6, it tells me "Your game installation is damaged. Please run Repair" i ran repair and that didn't do anything. The regular World of Warcraft works.
