I'm rolling a Prot Warrior on a new server. The guild I'm in has plenty of gatherers so gathering any components for professions isn't an issue. I'm trying to figure out what 2 I should take. I'm torn between Smithing and Enchanting, or Smithing and Mining.

The only reason I'm considering mining is so that I don't have to have others smelt ore for me, that and the stam boost. I'm having a hard time making this decision though, so any input would be great!.
