So i have characters that already have 525 blacksmithing, alchemy and inscription and i was wondering which profession i should choose to make a good amount of gold with. Im not a person that likes to farm for endless hours so don't say mining or herbalism. thanks

Jewel crafting. Craft greens or blues and DE them. You can make tons on the AH, especially on a well populated server. Do some testing to find which greens yield the best mats.
