what do you guy think is the best way to level your main professions?

While leveling - two gathering professions to make gold

after 85 - a crafting profession. one that can use a gathering profession you already have maxed out

Depends on what you have, but for things like mining and lw, I would say do it before, but for enchanting and jewelcrafting, after.
