...in need of some help for 10 man raids.

What stats do you guys/gals feel is important? I'm both disc, and holy spec for healing; I tend to prefer my disc spec...My health/mana/spell power are in good shape (30300/38890/3280 respectively - this includes my buffs/spells/potions/gems/gear) however my haste is only 406 (it should be noted that I rarely wore down my mana in 5 man heroics)...Should I consider re-gemming for haste, or make other changes that'll benefit me in the larger/more challenging raids?

Most of my cloth gear is lvl 251 Mooncloth with 264 gloves, 264 cape, and 264 lvl trinkets.
