in World of Warcraft, when do priests stop having such a shortage of mana?

ive just made my first priest, he's level 11, and ive noticed that he tends to run out of mana very quickly, leaving me vulnerable, and usually dead. i'm more familiar with paladins, mine is level 64, and i know that around some level i forget when, they get certain talents that make them less prone to running out of mana. id just like to know if and if so when does that happen for priests?
