level I can move during casting?
I have seen many casters move and ... cast at the same time, and insta casting, really? A child knows that you can move while pressing a button and having the spell instantly activate.

Priests I'm sure don't have any cast while moving effects. The only classes off the top of my head that I can think of that have such abilities are Shaman (Glyphed Lightning Bolt and Spiritwalker's Grace) and Fire mages with the Firestarter talent.

for most non-instant spells i believe you cant
