1. read the quest FULLY. make sure your doing everything correctly.
2. MAKE SURE IT IS THE RIGHT GUY. it may say you have to do something like give him an item first or something. make sure it's the correct guy and make sure you dont have to give him an item or something. CHECK YOUR BAGS.
3. if you are sure it is the right guy check above his head if his thing is grey you didnt do something.
4. if you think he is still bugged do the following; press ESC, click HELP, then click Report a Ticket. then provide ALL THE INFORMATION.. QUEST NAME, QUEST LEVEL, the problem you are having. DO NOT POST THE QUEST INFORMATION LIKE YOU DID IN HERE. this report has a certain amount of letters it can hold so be exact and short. a GM game master will then whisper you within a couple minutes ( couple be hours ) then you whisper him back and tell him whats wrong. he will then search up the quest and tell you what is wrong. he can tell you if its bugged or not as well.
PS- if you have add on's take them off they could interfeir with the quest.
2. YOU CANNOT DO QUESTS in a RAID PARTY if your in a party and 1 or more member is in a raid you cannot finish the quest or do any other quests until you leave the party/raid.
3. i suggest doing the above 2 before reporting a ticket because the GM will most likely tell you it's an addon if it's not bugged. this way you can tell them you turned it off. after you tried those 2. i suggest restarting your UI to do this properly go into your WoW folder. look for these 3 folders called Cache, Interface, and WTF. DELETE THESE FOLDERS. from your computer entirely. ( no im not joking seriously delete it ) then start WoW again the game will automaticly download those files again but it will all be clean as if you just got WoW installed. ( this is how you restart your UI properly a GM will even tell you this ) if you tried all these steps it should work if not report the ticket a GM should wisp you shortly max i waited was liked 20mins it could take longer or shorter idk./
