so i found this one talent in the tree called "Communion" it says "grants up to 10 party or raid members mana regeneration equal to 1% of their maxiumum mana per 10sec but last 15sec" i dont get it someone please explain.

Hmm, that is rather odd. It used to give 1% per 5 seconds instead of the 10 seconds.. So might be a error on Blizzards part.

Basically you use your Judgement, gives you the regular mana back from Judgement of the Bold, but then applies "Replenishment" to yourself/other party members that use mana.. Every 5 seconds it gives 1% of their maximum mana back, then continues on until 15 seconds or if it is renewed. (Doesn't make sense using per 10 seconds for a 15 second duration...)
