Default World of Warcraft question about ret paladin?

so in the ret talent tree i noticed "Divine purpose" "The folowing attacks have a 15% chance to cause your next holy power ability to consume no holy power and cast if three holy power were consumed" i just want to know what effect dose this have on "Judgement, exorsicm, divine storm, and hammer of wrath" because those moves dont even consume holy power but those moves are listed in the talent. please explain

What it means is that any of those attacks can trigger Divine Purpose, which will then allow you to say, use Templar's Verdict and it will deal the amount of damage that it would at full Holy Power even if you don't have full Holy Power, and it will not consume any Holy Power you currently have. Basically when any of the attacks listed triggers Divine Purpose you get 3 free holy power to use on whatever you want be it Word of Glory, Templar's Verdict, Inquisition, or Zealotry.
