I need a new playstation 3 game, what should I get?

I have a Sony Playstation 3 but only one game (Fallout 3) and I am sooo tired of it. I only like open sandbox style games, and I am thinking about getting a fantasy/slasher type since I have a shooter already and have played it to death. I have heard of Oblivion, Demons Souls, White Knight Chronicles, and Folklore, but can only afford one.. which should I get and why? Are there any other titles I should consider?
