How can i exp boost in halo 3 without getting banned?

So i recently got my first fifty last week and i started to exp boost with my friend in grifball. We both signed in four controllers and he let me win every single match. But then i got banned for two weeks. So how can i exp boost without getting banned. Is it even possible? Thanks in advance...
