My brother loves to play "Skate 3" but every time after he plays it, the xBox

just says "open tray"? This is our third xbox that this has happened to (we had to return the other two) and we have a fan that is close to it, and this also happened with the other two "Skate" games as well. Are we doing something wrong or is it a problem with the "Skate" games. Also we play only for an hour/hour and a half tops.
