Myself versus the level 50 Moltres in Mount Silver in Pokemon: Heart Gold version. Moltres is at 1 HP, is asleep, has had all of its stats reduced to the minimum, and is simultaneously confused. I throw an ultra ball, and the Moltres breaks out without a single shake. What the [insert previously used curse word here]?

I know I could easily (heavy sarcasm on the 'easily') use a timer ball after 40 turns, but I'd much rather use an ultra ball. Simply put, what the [insert previously used curse word here. Again]?
