Can you please list all the pros and cons for the Wii?

I have a PS3 which I'm thinking about selling (The PS3 80 gb Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle edition) and getting the Wii. But I would like to know the advantages and disadvantages as I have not paid any attention to it until now. Does the Wii have a high failure rate like common malfunctioning like the RROD in the Xbox 360?

Any help would be appreciated.
