I bought an xbox 360 off craigslist and it came with a bunch of DLC. For example I have map packs for halo 3 and mw2. I deleted his account/profile off the xbox at his request, but left the memory for the DLC. Will I be able to use it using my new gold account?

Also, this guy had Bioshock downloaded onto the hard drive. I think he bought it off xbox LIVE useing microsoft points or a credit card (cause apparently you can do that with certain xbox games now). Is there anyway I can access that game to play it using a different profile (also with Gold membership) on the same Harddrive?
