i can't remember my sercet question it saying it locked and i just wasted 10 pounds so please tell me what to do battle .net or wow doesn't help me so anyone had the same problem

I had this problem as well mate, Your account is probably locked due to suspicious activity and there was alot of e-mails going from battle.net which were fake and if you tried to log in then they got your account details. my secret question also didnt work for me so you need to fill out a form I think, might be on support and it says please enter an activation code from any of your WoW expansions...the one on the inside. This will confirm your account and you should then be able to reset your password..the admins will get in touch with you and say that restrictions have been lifted off your account and then you should be able to log in. If this doesn't work type your question in google as I've seen people posting on forums and then the replies helped me alot.

Im sorry, there is no other way, your going to have to email or ring Blizzard Entertainment and sort it out. Generally speaking, Blizzard are good with customer service.
