I got the installment down and so but the Patch ( Blizzard Downloader ) won't download. It reads "No problems detected." and stays at 0 bytes. I went to the Blizzard Help page but I did everything it said. With the firewalls and what not. I even turned my Firewall Off to see if it would work! But it didn't. I got the book and it says this.

OS: Windows(R) 2000/XP/VistaTM
Processor: Intel Pentium(R)3 800MHz or AMD Duron 800MHz
Sound: DirectX(R) -compatible sound card

How do I know if I have any of these? Plus I am not downloading the game on my hard drive because you don't have too. I am downloading it on my External Drive ( F: drive ) Yeah anyway. Thanks for the help!
