Hello. I have a question about RAF program. I did this with one of my friends, and hes now lv. 28. I know that he can grant me one level for every 2 he gains, which is 14 levels. My problem is that i do not know if he can give me the free levels. For one, I did not leveled with him, and second, our 90 days is over. It was back in september, and his account was frozen because his laptop broke. He is starting again Christmas time. Can he still grant me levels? PLEASE HELP! Thanks =)
