World of Warcraft file issue, can somebody help?

So, I was trying to make a copy of the files and it ended up deleting some files, such as the launcher, repair tool, and all those other files that weren't in the Data, Errors, Interface, Logs, Updates, and WTF folders. Is there a fix for this or am I going to have to re-install.
