OKAY so, I'm going to try and make this short.

I forgot the password to my email.
I actually think someone changed it.
I can't change the password cause the alternate email has been deleted and i don't remember the answer to my security question.
Someone changed the password to my battle.net account.
Can't get into my email to change the password to my battle.net account.
I made a new battle.net account and i tried to link my world of warcraft account with it.
I had logged onto world of warcraft like an hour ago, and then i opened it up again, the password wouldn't work all of the sudden.
I logged in with the new battle.net account.
ALL OF MY GOD DAMN CHARACTERS ARE GONE.
Sorry, I'm just extremely mad right now. I don't even know what to do now, I've ruined my WoW account. I did submit a ticket to battle.net three hours ago but they havn't answered.
Please help me you guys. What do i do?

You are not frustrated at the game, you are sexually frustrated.

Call their support lines, should be more swift and easy to speak to someone, they are very helpful in the Blizzard support area.

Might be abit of queue but if you are too impatient call them.

Get an autehticator to avoid this in the future - an invaluable tool in the anti hacking department.

You don't mention this, but just in-case, buying gold and using add-ons is a good way to get hacked. I'm just saying. I've done both. And got hacked once. Blizzard fixed it all in a couple of days. You just have to be real careful about who you talk to in game and what websites you log on to. I used the in-game help system but if you can't log in use the support network at Blizzard.net. Try to call them right now. WoW is a 24 hour game so chances are somebody will answer the phone. The worst thing that can happen is you get a recording telling you to call back during business hours.
