When i try to get to " WEB-FORM " to open ticket, it requires me to log in into battle.net, but i can't since it says " Due suspicous actvity, this account is locked "

I don't wanna call them either, since i'm not from US and can't speak english very well.
Everywhere it says send them email via webform, but how the hell i'm supposed to do that if it requires login?
Don't they got a e-mail address i can send my problem to?

Yeah i dont know how to help with the login, but i would just have someone else who does speak english well to call.
