Default World of Warcraft Question: Please answer! - Any help around?

Okay so here's the story. My house was empty one day, and my cousin came round to play with me. We played Grand Theft Auto Vice City on my laptop, and F1 2011 on the PS3. Ate junk, and chocolate, downloading things off the internet. I downloaded themes for Vice City, and one of them gave me a virus. A trojan virus. Now my laptop won't boot. When it comes to the Windows XP logo screen, and the loading bar below it, it never loads! I really want to play World of Warcraft but I can't because my laptop is broken. It says hal.dll is missing or corrupt from my system32. I really want it to be fixed. Someone give me an answer please. I really want to play World of Warcraft. I don't want to get anger issues out of it, I'm being absolutely serious. Please, someone, answer. I don't have a Windows XP CD either. Should I go and buy one, or if any of you have a better idea, I would love to hear it. I can't boot into safe mode either. So all that happens is, I turn my laptop on, it doesn't load. OR. I turn my laptop on, press F11, boot into safe mode, doesn't load.

Thanks for your time,

Anyone who knows how to fix this will be given best answer.
Give me a life by giving me a working answer. Yes I admit it, I've no life without my laptop.

I'm a businessman without a business.
I'm a racing driver without a racing car.

You get my point. Thanks.
