Will all characters be deleted when it starts?

private servers do once in awhile but not on live

X.x unless it's a private server rolling restart means there just reseting the server meaning ALL the gathering nodes and rare pets will be w8ing after the reset so get moving the reset lasts 10-20 minutes. So log in in about that time and get gathering XD
