I was wondering how u get pumpkin helm at hollows end for horde

You can get the pumpkin helm by killing the headless horseman either in one of the starter towns (Razor Hill, for example) or by entering the special dungeon by using the Dungeon Finder. - LJS

I got mine in the daily reward for killing the headless horseman.
