WOW...What would be the best spec for a raiding mage at level 85?

Default WOW...What would be the best spec for a raiding mage at level 85?
I went fire for leveling and now I feel that I cannot get the best DPS out of it, I can barely get to 5k, I used to play arcane and can easily do 6-8k single target at level 80, so my question is what would be the best way to go as a mage in the new heroic dungeons and raiding zones?
