Hi.

I am a level 55 Blood Elf Mage and I have trouble fitting all my good spells on one action bar. I know I have 6 of them but I hate scrolling through them, especially in the middle of intense battles. Is there an addon on or something similar so I can have two action bars on the screen at once?

In your interface options there is 4 more action bars avalible(bottom left, bottom right, right, right 2)

the best way os to go into interface by pressing escape then pick action bars or display I thin though it i sunder action bars and enable the bottom bars and or the side bars. you can put the spells you don't use often for example putting conjure food and water in those instead of in your action bar. What i d is i put the spell i use often and the order i use them on the action bar then teh one si don;t up above the normal action bar by enableing them.
for example
1fireball
2fire blast
3icenova
etc
then i would have say arcane intellgince above the normal action bar since it is a buff and you don;t need to hit it often
so press esc pick interface action bars and turn the extra ones on. good luck
