im an 85 night elf frost mage and I was wondering what my hp-mana ratio should be. im probably going to be doing raids and no pvp

HP:Mana ratio isn't something you really should be worrying about. First off I wouldn't pick frost for raiding, I've heard it doesn't do enough sustained damage over longer periods of time. But...When you're talking about gearing up for raids, First off you want EVERYthing with intellect on it. No spirit, it is useless. For gemming, you want to match red sockets with +40 intellect, blue, 20int/20 hit, for yellow, you want 20int/20(crit/haste/mastery) whatever is best for your spec. Enchant your items with intellect where possible. you want as much intellect for it increases your damage the most per point.
