Before I explain, please don't assume I'm just another noob. I'm not the best, but I'm fair.

I play a level 85 Arms Warrior. Almost every time I try to handle a frost mage, I get kited with almost NO way of beating the opponent. In combat, after I charge and pop Throwdown, I usually try to continue with my rotation, depending on if I have to pop my defensive cooldowns. I know a Blink is coming after the mage gets out of its stun. After the mage Blinks, I use Heroic Leap to close the gap. They STILL stun me. I PVP trinket out of it and get frozen once more. Are they just DESIGNED to beat a warrior? Am I just SOL or is there an actual way to limit the CC a mage has?

ok lil hint- use movement imparing effects on them if ur arms PvP u should have it-

its under Fury tree piercing howl respec if u dont have it

and use ur CDs not in a rotation but in a responce to what they do
