What is the current hit cap in warcraft for a mage? I currently have around 450, but the character stat sheet still shows almost a 10% chance to miss a raid boss. WTF? This seems incredibly high to me. I recently started playing again....I haven't played since before ICC was released. I've also noticed that I can not spec for higher hit percentage anymore so I switched from arcane to fire. Thoughts?
