I play a level 85 Orc Hunter on the Illidan-US server named Lethalshotzx. I've noticed that we (hunters in general) are most likely the squishiest class when it comes to PvP content in Cataclysm. This is my first season as a serious PvPer and am still somewhat new, but mainly wanted to know how we can deal with rogues especially if we get peeled most of the fight. I'm running 3s with a Holy Paladin. and I believe either a UH DK or Frost DK. Also I'd be interested for almost a open response to this question about what class you pvp with, when you started, how you play now, and where you think/hope this section of content will go. Just feel free to add in tidbits here and there that pertain to WoW PvP.
