which one i have both level 10 and cant decide which i prefer!!

Horde is definitively a better choice then alliance. Better travel choices and I like the atmosphere of the horde more than alliance. But it really is up to what you like. I love trolls, and the new starting area from cata is very cool, although u said u are already at lvl 10. So yeah, Horde is a lot better in all areas then Alliance but the only reason you should pick Alliance is if you like the lore more, or the races, atmosphere, etc.
