Kind of new, but I think I get the gist. As a marksman hunter, I assume that I should go for stam & agility, and haste on the side. Am I right? Anything else I should consider?

If your leveling still, it really doesn't matter too terribly much so don't go out of your way. Just know that agility crit and haste are your primary dps stats.
