Soooo my best friend and I..are joining a new realm..just because were trying something out.and we are thinking about going those two classes. We dont know what to do reallly..if we go hunter hunter we will have the advantage to have fast leveling with the pets, which will equal to overpowering every quest. specially with two hunters. if we go pally pally we will have instant ques because pallys can fill in every role. but maybe we would get bored if we were both the pallys. And pally hunter, simply we wouldnt be able to figure out who would role hunter or pally. Any advice really?

I am really in the middle on this one, but if you did go pally pally, you both could level as ret (dps) until level 30, then at level 30 when you both get your dual talent spec ability, one could dual spec ret/prot while the other one could spec ret/holy. That way you would have the leveling dps you needed, but in special group situations one of you could tank, and the other could heal. But really it is about preference. Roll what you enjoy playing. WoW is after all a game.

Unless you're REALLY attached to the idea of guns and bows, try two druids. Paladins can be all three group roles, it's true, but druids can (with dual spec) be all three at the same time, while paladins have to pick just two.

If one of you is really attached to the idea of ranged combat, there's balance spec. Feral spec can be either tank or melee DPS. Restoration heals. Tank and Healer is the fastest queuing combination of all.
