It won't let me get rid of my pet. I'm a 22 tauren hunter i try to abandon my pet but there is no button that says abandon when i right click his name under mine. I just recently upgraded from trial account and not everything is available yet could this be my problem.

Try clicking on your pet's Icon(where his health and focus bars are) and there should be an abandon pet. This cannot be undon, you will lose the pet forever.
