Calling all HEALERS! WoW Heal Add-Ons?

Im talking to you Priests, Droods, Shammys and Pallys out there. Im part of a raiding guild and Im sick and tired of being left out of raids since DPS are about a dime a dozen. Im a Shammy, with a bit of resto gear, but the last times I tried healing we wiped because I had to keep fumbling around with the buttons.

Any healers out there got any good add-ons for my problem?
