Each "Nobel Prize Award" consists of a gold medal, a diploma, and a monetary grant equal to about 1.4 million dollars. I think giving the leader of a country an award to honor them is perfectly fine. But he is being given 1.4 million dollars personally for what amounts to making the Nobel prize committee happy with his words. If I was an elected official in the US and i was given 1.4 million dollars in prize money i would probably be before an ethics committee before i was even told i won.

What do you think will, and should happen to the prize money.

Maybe he could actually DO SOMETHING for peace by donating all the money to an organization that WORKS(differs from talks) for global peace.
