some where it quoted is a "howlingly funny assault" to Michael...
but there's a few parts that show the accusation and misunderstanding of the child molest case, police planting evidence in his mansion etc..

the episode is not biased, they did say Michael is a good man, just being misunderstood and discriminated. At one point Stan stood up and say "yea, he has plastic surgery but so what?"
