I say Paul Brown, because he won Championships as Head Coach in High School, College (He led Ohio State to National Championships) and the Profession Level (He won Championships with the Cleveland Browns back when they had Otto Graham and Jim Brown).

He modernized the game of Football, he is the one who created the pocket for the Quarterback.

He also was the first to shuttle guards into the game with play calls from the sideline.

A lot of people today do not know Football History, they hear the names of Lombardi, Halas, Landry and Shula and think they were the best, but they don't understand what Paul Brown has contributed to the game of Football.

He is the only Coach who has a team named after him. The Cleveland Browns were named after Paul Brown.
