zelda twilight princess ? where do i get the barrel from for the magic armour ?

i am doing the quest to get the magic armour but for it i need to take hot spring water to the garon on the bridge but where is this barrel i dont have one ? and where is the bridge ? there isn't one and there no person to give the hot water too ? there is a garon out side the castle but its not a bridge its stones that need to be moved ?
