should i use a bat that is lighter but i can swing it faster, or a bat that i swing a bit slower but is heavier?

please answer in terms of hitting the ball the furthest. and also in terms of momemtum and kinetic energy (and anything else that might be relevant).
when the weight of bat A increases, its velocity decreases, and the weight of bat B DEcreases but the velocity of bat B Increases

assume for both scenarios the weight and velocity of the swings are inversely proportional.
i.e. W( bat A) * V( bat A ) = W (bat B) * S ( bat B )
