Okay; call me a newb or any other name all you want, but I need help. I want to start a Druid to tank with but I do not know what type of gear stats to use, or how to tank! Can somebody give me some advice please?

I've leveled only 1 toon to 80 and I have not gotten anywhere in gearing him at all and I would love to level a druid.

Also, I don't quite understand what weeklys, wintergrasp, and raids are. If I would ask to be in a raid, i'd be called an underachiever because that was a raid that was done like..in the last patch and I never got to do it. I would appreciate some advice please.
