i am a lvl 56 night elf druid on wow, if i become a dk do i lose my druid abilites?

for example will i still be able to morph into bear and cat form e.t.c? Also i read somewhere that u start off with only a few silver and 10 slot bags..........does that mean i will lose all of my gold and my 16 slot bags?!
