Default Is it normal for a Druid's damage stat to be higher in humanoid form than in cat...

...form? (World of Warcraft)? I am a level 66 Druid. I am feral specced. I am properly armored (agility, stamina, crit chance, etc). In humanoid form, the damage stat says "349-454" and dps is 118.1. In cat form, the damage stat says 162-187 and dps is 174.2. Is it normal for the damage stat range in humanoid form to be so high compared the cat form damage stat range? Also, is my cat form dps average/normal for my level? Thank you in advance.
