World of Warcraft. I'm a level 31 night elf druid, what area should I be at?

I have been questing with a friend when we arrived at Theramore Isle. Most of the quests here we though would have been easy enough for us, but then she went on holiday for about 2 weeks and I'm stuck here on my own. I can't see me getting very far with these quests as a level 31 Night elf druid. Does anyone know where I should head to for quests within my level?
