So I use cat form to Dps in dungeons, but my Dps is always the lowest. Is this normal? I do not have BoA either just normal questing gear. I'm a level 72 right now. Or is it just normal for cat form to be low Dps? If not what can I do to help increase my Dps?

Cat form is really good dps when doing PvP...it can be amazing in dungeons if you fully heirloomed out but I would recommend you get some tank gear and tank in bear form because you should be top most of the time if your tanking.
