Better Alliance Death Knight race (World of Warcraft)?

I'm torn between Night Elf and Human, I plan on doing quite a bit of pvp and endgame dps (off tank in an emergency). ANYWAYS, I'm just wondering which race (and gender there of) has a better fighting animation? I'm honestly not worried much about racials.
