A few death knight questions (World of Warcraft)?

I plan on leveling heavily with pvp battlegrounds, with a few quests here and there for a weapon, and at level 80 dpsing in raids. So I want to know:
1) The best spec for this type of playing
2) Best Alliance race for this type of playing
3) Should I choose the axe or sword after the DK starter quests
4) Should I be dual wielding or using a 2h with this spec (after I outgrow the starter weapon)
