Hello, I am a Frost PvPer and I need some help on what to stack on, rotations, and tips.

See I was told i need 195+ spell pen and 5% hit rating and about 34% resil. I have 220 Spell pen, 5% and 3.5k Resil so I'm good on those like they said. But i can't help feeling it's not right, I know my resil is good but Idk if i need Spell pen, So...I want to know a true, solid, good thing to focus on for Frost pvp In stacking. If i reforge it's usually to crit and haste, I gem with strength and resil, But any tips, any ideas, and any rotation that's good for a pvp frost clicker? What classes can I strangulate?

Reroll as a frost mage. jk. You might need to drop some of your stats to up your str.
