WOW turn off EXP for Battleground AV?

Default WOW turn off EXP for Battleground AV?
I want to turn off my EXP at 60 so I can stick with the bracket BG for AV.
Will I be fighting only other people with there EXP turn off or will I be with groups that are tryn to lvl too.
Once you hit 80 you stop getting EXP you dont have to pay 10g for that.
